Visits take place in a calm, intimate setting. Clients change into a robe and slippers on arrival and have access to a sauna and oxygen lounge. Hours are Tuesday to Friday 10 AM to 6 PM, Saturday 9 AM to 4 PM, and Sunday by appointment only. Walk-ins are not accepted. Appointments should be booked at least 24 hours ahead with a deposit, and clients are asked to arrive 15 minutes early. Changes or cancellations need 48 hours' notice; later cancellations or no-shows are charged 50% of the scheduled service cost. Clients are asked to share any health concerns or allergies when booking and again on arrival. Tipping is optional, and the spa notes a standard tip is 15 to 20% of the treatment cost.

Massage options include Swedish and deep tissue sessions in 60- and 90-minute lengths, along with lymphatic drainage, prenatal and post-operative massage. Facial options include the Camellia Alise Signature Facial, Oxyglo Facial, microneedling facial and radio frequency skin tightening facial. Detox services cover the oxygen lounge, infrared sauna, foot detox and yoni steam. Body sculpting is offered through HIEMT Pro and Cavitation Laser Lipo, and couples can book side-by-side massages, facials, detox treatments and spa amenities.

Laser hair removal uses the Candela Gentle Max Pro Plus, which combines Alexandrite and Nd:YAG wavelengths. The site states the device is FDA-approved and says its laser providers have over 10 years of experience. Treatments typically take 6 to 10 sessions spaced 4 to 6 weeks apart, for full-body or targeted areas, for both men and women. White and gray hair do not respond to the treatment, and blonde and red hair are more resistant. Pricing starts at $120, with details discussed at consultation.

Packages include a monthly first-time spa experience pairing a facial or massage with a sauna or oxygen lounge session for $125, and full-day spa day packages. Spa parties are for groups of 4 or more: the Teal Retreat is $175 per person for one service, the Silver Retreat is $325 per person for two services, and the Custom Retreat is priced by party size and selections. Every retreat includes complimentary champagne and a sauna and oxygen lounge session per attendee, and gratuity is not included. Catering, party favors and other touches can be arranged on request. Smaller groups of 3 or fewer are directed to the bestie or ladies self-care packages. Payment accepts cash, major credit cards, Cherry Financing and FSA/HSA, and gift cards are available.

The academy offers in-person and online certification courses for beauty professionals, including body wrap and Cavitation Laser Lipo body sculpting. The site describes the academy courses as BBB and TWC accredited. Enrollment requires a $300 non-refundable deposit, with tuition due 7 days before class starts. Courses run 1 to 3 days, and refunds are not issued once a class has been attended. Students can buy equipment after class at discounts of 40% to 60%, with a 60-day warranty. Anyone 18 or older can enroll, and according to the site, Texas does not require additional licenses for these services.
