Each facial is given one-on-one. Every visit begins with a consultation and skin analysis, and the products are chosen for each client on the day of the appointment rather than handed out as a standard set. Customized facials come with homecare guidance, and a personal homecare routine is provided when it suits the client. Recommended products can be bought in the studio or through an online professional skincare store, and gift certificates are available.
The menu runs from classic facials, including a sensitive skin version, a men's facial, a back facial and a dermaplaning treatment, through advanced options such as oxygen and microchanneling facials and a customized Korean microchanneling facial. Korean facials include LuxGlow and Omega Green versions, and most clients are advised to book three Korean sessions spaced three to four weeks apart. Nano-infusion facials use Osmosis actives, with an exosome and a liposome upgrade. Series pricing is available for the infusion facials and is discussed at the appointment. Those who are not a fit for nano-infusion, such as anyone with broken or irritated skin, can have the actives massaged in instead.
Peels and Procell microchanneling are the more involved options. A personalized chemical peel is usually recommended as a series of three, every two to three weeks. Acne Bootcamp is a guided program of roughly three to four months, with treatments every two weeks and home care adjusted at each visit. Clients are asked to return intake forms and clear skin photos at least 24 hours before their first visit, and to stop prescription retinoids and topical antibiotics two weeks beforehand. Clients are asked to avoid strenuous exercise for 12 to 24 hours after a facial, and for 24 hours after microchanneling or dermaplaning.
Each facial is built around the individual client, starting with a consultation and skin analysis before any treatment is chosen.
Treatments take place in a calm, relaxing setting.
