The menu centers on protective and install-style hair. Braids include Feed in UP-DO styles and braided man buns. Quick weaves with a leave-out, crochet installs, and silk presses with or without hydration and a trim are also offered, along with a styling menu covering straight, wave and curl looks. Brow and lip waxing, lash enhanced clusters and hair removal are available too.

Several services have preparation requirements. Sew-in clients should arrive with clean hair blow-dried straight, or can add a blow-dry for $15 or a cleansing shampoo for $25. Feed in UP-DO requires at least three bundles of pre-stretched hair weave, which the client supplies, and natural hair must be clean and blow-dried straight beforehand, with a $10 to $15 blow-dry add-on available. Crochet clients may arrive with hair blown out straight or damp for a blowout. Man bun services require a 50% non-refundable deposit at booking. Hair bundles can be bought through the salon or arranged before a service with a deposit to hold stock.

The salon sells its own Calixte Hair Save treatment, a blend of essential oils, along with human hair HD frontals and human hair bundles. The salon says Calixte Hair Save may help with hair growth and reduce shedding.

The salon says it aims to get each service right the first time.
