Consultations come first. A Color Consultation (at least 15 minutes) looks at natural hair and goals, covers pricing, and explains how to reach the desired look. An Extension Consultation (at least 20 minutes) does the same and also matches color and explains extension care. Both are listed starting at $0.

Color services range from a glaze refresh with toner, which the salon says lasts about 6-8 weeks, to root retouch for grey coverage, fashion color that lasts about 4-6 weeks, and all-over permanent color. Money piece and glaze refresh is also offered. Blonding and color correction are priced from a starting point plus added time, and extra bowls of bleach are charged separately. Color correction begins with an evaluation of current color and hair history before tones are neutralized or colors blended.

Extension services include 1-row and 2-row IBE installs with custom placement, a haircut and styling, plus re-install move-ups that the salon usually schedules every 7-10 weeks. Extension removal includes a wash and dry, and an Extension Fix is offered. Pre-order extension calls arrange for extensions to arrive in time for an appointment, and they require a prior consultation and color match.

Cut and style options include bang trims, a simple curl or straightening style, a wash-and-style with chosen treatment, a Luxe Style with extensions, and custom updos for events. Clients booking a custom updo are asked to bring an inspiration photo, and for simple styling they should arrive with freshly washed and dried hair. The salon charges a 50% fee for no-shows and for cancellations within 24 hours of an appointment. Services are non-refundable. Gift cards come in $50, $75, $100, $200, or a custom amount, with optional scheduled delivery and a message, and gift card sales are final. The salon is open Tuesday and Thursday through Friday, with shorter hours on Wednesday, and is closed Monday, Saturday, and Sunday.
