CALashes designs each set around the individual client rather than choosing from a template. Before a full set, guests can book a private styling consultation, called The Lash Tea, to talk through their features, lifestyle and preferences and settle on a look that suits them.

The studio's approach centers on understanding a client's eye shape and features and protecting natural lashes, not simply adding fullness or curl. Each curl, length and placement is planned around the client's eye shape, personal style and daily routine.

Every appointment includes a Signature Lash Bath, a Rose Facial Mist, Cooling Gel Eye-Pads and Bespoke Lash Mapping. New clients booking the Tailored Full Lash Set receive a complimentary tea consultation and aftercare guidance.

Booking is by appointment only and requires a $30 non-refundable reservation retainer. Missed appointments and late cancellations forfeit the retainer, appointments should be changed at least 24 hours ahead, and guests arriving more than 10 minutes late need to reschedule. Checkout accepts Apple Pay and Tap to Pay only. According to the studio, Google reviews average 5.0 across 17 reviews.

Each set is designed around the client's features and daily routine, with natural lash health treated as a priority.
