Clients are booked for one-on-one appointments with the owner. The room is relaxed and quiet, decorated with rich velvets, shimmering crystals and floral details. Each visit is tailored to the client, and the stylist selects and explains any home care products to take away, including the J Beverly Hills line.
The menu covers haircuts (every cut includes a complimentary blowout and style), blowouts and sets for occasions or everyday wear, and straightening for frizzy, curly or hard-to-manage hair. Color ranges from single and double process color and partial or full foil highlights to balayage, glossing and corrective color, which is booked after a consultation. Smoothing treatments include Brazilian Blowout, which can be customized to keep curl or to make hair straight, and Keratin Complex; smooth and tame treatments require a consultation before booking. Olaplex conditioning treatments are also offered. Extensions are available through Veila.
Bridal services cover the bride's hair, the groom's hair, trial updos and bridal makeup, and bridal parties are arranged by phone. Makeup is offered for dates, events and weddings. Headshots By CAIT is a portrait service with an all-inclusive rate covering hair, makeup and headshots.
Prices are estimates based on the time, skill and products each client's goals need, and they may change. Extra charges can apply for detangling and for additional color, product or time. Booking requires a credit card to hold an appointment, and changes need at least 48 hours notice. Cait's Inner Beauty Circle loyalty program awards points on services and retail that can be used toward future visits or donated to charity.
Services are one-on-one with the owner, built around each client's goals and the stated values of integrity, excellence and trust.
