Services fall into color, haircuts, styling, treatments and consultations. Color ranges from base color that can cover gray or soften it, with options short of full coverage, to all-over color for refreshing or changing shade, balayage, and foil highlights with custom blonding. Haircuts include a standard cut, a Signature Haircut with a custom conditioning treatment, a Curly Cut built around curly hair, and fringe trims. Blowouts include a shampoo and styling.

Consultations are available to discuss a haircut, color, extensions or product needs in person. New color and extension guests book a consultation before their first appointment, and corrective color requires one with a deposit to book. Products used during appointments can also be bought through an online store with home delivery.

The aim is for every client to feel at ease in the chair, alongside a service menu meant to suit as many hair types as the salon can manage. No expertise in every hair type is claimed; when a service is beyond what can be provided, guests are sent to another stylist.
