Visits are by appointment only. Hours are Tuesday and Wednesday 9am to 3pm, Thursday and Friday noon to 6pm, and Saturday 10am to 2pm, though the schedule varies, so the online booking page shows current availability. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice carry a booking fee of 50% of the scheduled service.

Facials are shaped around each client. A 30-minute express facial refreshes the skin, while the 60-minute facial suits first-time clients and includes cleansing, exfoliation, a customized mask, modalities and facial massage. Longer sessions add extended massage and corrective care, or 30 minutes of Celluma LED light therapy in the 120-minute version. Modalities such as enzyme therapy, microdermabrasion, microcurrent, dermaplaning, gua sha, an oxygen sprayer, cold plasma and the Celluma LED panel are chosen by session length and skin condition. Specialty treatments include the Teen Balance Ritual, the Botanical Peel using micro-spicule technology, CELLSTORY, which uses Microspear particles as an alternative to microneedling, and C&O Signature + Reiki, which pairs a traditional facial with Reiki. A Structural Facelift By Nicky is also offered in 60, 90 and 120 minute lengths.

Waxing covers body, facial, intimate, and eyebrow and lash services. Intimate waxing is available only to clients with vulva anatomy, for safety, training and insurance reasons. Before facial waxing, the business advises avoiding retinols and AHA/BHA products for five to seven days. Brazilian waxing is discounted when pre-booked. Spray tans are airbrushed and described as paraben free, gluten free, PETA approved and made with natural, organic-based ingredients. Desert Glow takes about 30 minutes with an 8-hour process time, and Rapid Glow takes about 30 minutes with a 4-hour process time. Bridal spray tan parties are offered for groups of three or more at the client's location and require a deposit.

Each visit is one-on-one, with treatments adjusted to the client's skin, lifestyle and goals. The business describes its products as natural, organic and free from harmful chemicals.
