Cactus Mobile Wellness was founded by Michelle NP, a nurse practitioner, as a business that comes to the client rather than asking the client to come to a studio. Appointments can take place at a home, an office, a hotel suite or a wedding venue, and the business serves Phoenix and Gilbert, Arizona.

The injectable menu includes Jeuveau for forehead lines, crow's feet and lip flips, with the aim of a more natural look, priced at $11 per unit. Filler is offered for fine lines, wrinkles and lip fullness, with the plan talked through at the appointment and pricing starting at $450. Weight loss injections use semaglutide or tirzepatide under medically supervised treatment plans, with GLP-1 options priced at $250 for a 28-day supply. Most first injectable appointments take about an hour.

Other services include IV therapy, which delivers vitamins, minerals and fluids directly into the bloodstream and is described as medically supervised, starting at $150 for an appointment of about an hour. Massage therapy ranges from relaxation work to deep tissue and is aimed at relaxation, circulation and mobility, at $100 for a 30-minute session. Pain relief injections use lidocaine or saline placed into the trigger point and are priced by consultation, starting at $50 for a 30-minute visit.

Policies: an injection consent form must be completed before any injection is booked, and the deposit goes toward the total cost of the service. Cancellations or rescheduling need at least 24 hours' notice. With that notice the deposit can be transferred once to a new appointment; late cancellations and no-shows forfeit it. Party bookings need a minimum of five people, and food, supplies and flowers can be added. After neurotoxin treatments, clients are asked to avoid alcohol, rubbing the area, strenuous exercise, facials, saunas and extended sun for 48 hours. Results can take up to 14 days to fully appear and average two to four months.

Treatments are medically supervised and planned with the client, with injectable plans discussed at the appointment.
