Everything is by appointment, and appointments can be booked online. Clients can also reach the business by WhatsApp. A complimentary appointment is offered first to talk through treatment options, and a thorough consultation follows to explain the options and suggestions before any enhancement plan is set.
Botox and Dysport are booked as 30-minute appointments and priced per unit needed. Juvederm and Restylane are booked as 1-hour appointments and priced per syringe. PDO thread treatments are 1-hour appointments, booked per service area, and PRP is a 1-hour appointment priced per area. Micro-dermabrasion clears dead skin cells from the face and body, and skin care products and regimens are also offered.
Treatment plans are shaped around the result each client wants. The nurse does not up-sell or push treatments a client does not need, and clients are taught about the products and treatments that suit their goals.
