Free parking is validated in the Stanhope garage, and the ticket is stamped at the front desk during your visit.

Each visit opens with questions about what hurts and when the problem started. Massage is performed by North Carolina licensed massage and bodywork therapists in private rooms.

Arrive ten minutes early for a first visit to finish paperwork, change and have a short consultation. Facials follow a set order: skin review, cleansing, exfoliation, steam, extraction, massage, mask and finishing products.

The spa says it is the quietest room on Hillsborough Street and presents the booth as a complement to medical care rather than a replacement for it.

Most services can be booked online. Cancellations with 24 hours notice carry no charge; later cancellations or no-shows are charged the full service value. Students with a valid college ID get 15% off individual services. A 3.5% fee applies to card payments, but not to cash or to insurance copays. Gift cards cover any service on the site and are emailed, and HSA and FSA cards are accepted.

Each visit begins with questions about the complaint and how it started, and staff recommend another service, including physical therapy, when massage is not the best fit.
