Services are tailored to each client, with the aim of enhancing both inner and outer beauty so people leave feeling confident and ready for their day. New clients can book a free 30-minute consultation to talk through a hair change or the next steps before any service.

Signature offerings include the Flash Color, a gray coverage color that takes about 90 minutes with a blowout included. The Bombshell and Express Dry packages each bundle five blowouts at 10 percent off per blowout, to be used within six months of purchase. The Deep Cleansing Treatment addresses buildup from hard water, chlorine, sweat and styling products.

Appointments are held with a credit card. Arriving more than 15 minutes after the start time may change the service or lead to a rescheduled appointment. Cancellations or changes need 48 hours' notice, and shorter notice incurs a 50 percent service fee. Same-day cancellations and no-shows are charged the full service price. Unopened, unused product can be exchanged within 14 days, and concerns about a service should be raised with the salon within 7 days.
