Before starting, clients need to be off the acne medication Accutane for at least 30 days, and off prescription topical medicines such as Retin-A, Clindamycin and Duac for at least two weeks. The salon states that the program clears acneic skin at a 90% success rate. The studio is a Face Reality Certified Acne Clinic, and it also offers facials and peels.

Brow and lash services are a major part of the menu. Custom eyebrow design chooses the shape, color and intensity for each client, and brow and lash tinting are offered as well.
