The menu is split into a women's list and a men's list. Appointments are booked online through a Calendly page, and each appointment is listed as one hour. The wax is a hot, soft, organic formulation applied with one-time-use sticks and removed with a soft muslin cloth. A cream with T-3 is applied afterward to reduce redness. Disposable gloves and spatulas are used, and the salon says it follows strict sanitation protocols.

Clients are asked to shower and exfoliate on the day of their appointment and to take ibuprofen half an hour beforehand if they wish. The salon suggests waiting two to three weeks after shaving, and it can remove hair as short as seven millimeters for clients who wax regularly. Waxing every six to eight weeks is suggested as a way to limit ingrown hairs. For 48 hours afterward, clients avoid heat and friction, exercise, hot baths and showers, tanning, hot tubs and saunas, chlorinated pools and ocean swimming, and applying deodorants, perfumes, powders or other products to the area. Waxing is not recommended for clients using Retin-A, Renova, Differin or Isotretinoin, or for clients with certain medical conditions, and it is not done on pimples, moles, rashes, warts, chapped or sunburnt skin, or broken skin. Clients should share health conditions, allergies and medications before their visit.
