Color work includes single process color, root touch-ups, root melts or shadow roots, toner and gloss refreshes, mini highlights, partial and full highlights, face frame balayage and full balayage. Men's highlights are also offered. The portfolio page shows balayage, highlights, ombre and pixie cuts.

Extensions are K-Tip Slavic hair in lengths from 16 to 28 inches, sold by the 100 grams, with installation, styling, straightening and a nourishing treatment included. Because hair is ordered to the client's request, a consultation is required before any extensions are ordered. Clients who already own extensions can book removal alone, removal with a wash and blow dry, or removal with a hair treatment. Clients can also have their own extensions installed.

Booking is through the GlossGenius site or by texting the studio. Service bookings take a deposit between $15 and $400, depending on the service. A cancellation made with at least 48 hours notice receives a 50% refund. Cancellations with less notice, and no-shows, are charged a no-show fee, with the deposit applied to it and the rest of the balance charged to the card on file. Buy Now, Pay Later is available in person for bookings between $50 and $4,000, and it needs approval before the appointment. Gift cards come in $50, $75, $100 and $200 amounts or a custom amount, and gift card sales are final.

Hair work is scheduled around a consultation, especially for extensions, where hair is ordered to the client's request.
