The menu covers three extension styles. Classic extensions place one extension on each natural lash for a simple, natural look, and a full set takes about two hours at $245. Hybrid extensions mix classic and volume lashes for a fuller lash line with a light, wispy natural edge; a full set takes about two and a half hours at $295. Volume extensions use multiple very thin, lightweight lashes on handmade fans in 4D to 8D densities, customized to each client's features and ranging from natural to dramatic. A full volume set takes about three hours at $345. Touch-ups are recommended every two to three weeks, and extensions typically last four to six weeks.

Lash lifts are a semi-permanent lift and curl of natural lashes, with tint included. A lift takes about one hour and costs $130 and typically lasts six to eight weeks. A 30-minute consultation is available for $25. Aftercare guidance covers not picking or pulling lashes, avoiding oily products near the eyes, washing lashes daily, and avoiding direct heat. Extension clients are advised to keep lashes dry for 24 to 48 hours, and lift clients for 24 hours, with mascara held off for another 24 hours.

The studio also teaches lash lifts. An online course costs $550, is taken at the student's own pace, and ends with a certification. The in-person studio training costs $950 and includes live demonstrations and hands-on practice on models in small classes. Both cover lash anatomy, products and tools, safety and hygiene, eye shapes, and troubleshooting, and the course is described as led by experienced lash technicians. The in-person course ends with a certificate.

The studio customizes each set to the client's look and works with precision and close attention to detail.
