Pricing depends on the style and on how long the hair is, with many braid styles listed from shoulder length to past butt length. Simple cornrows usually take about one to two hours, while intricate braiding styles can take four to six hours. Clients are asked to phone or text (424) 485-4511 to talk through their hairstyling needs before the appointment.

Hair needs to be freshly shampooed, detangled and blow-dried before a service, and it should be free of leave-in conditioner, gels, oils and other products. Hair preparation can be added for $25 if the hair is not past shoulder length, or $50 for fuller hair past shoulder length. Boho and goddess bundles should be 18 to 24 inches of human hair and are brought in the day before the appointment.

A non-refundable deposit of $25 to $50, depending on the style, is required at booking and is applied to the remaining balance, which is paid before service. Deposits can be sent by Zelle, Cash App or Apple Pay, and the final balance is paid by Zelle or cash. Appointments can be rescheduled with 48 hours' notice, and a same-day cancellation forfeits the deposit. Rush services are not offered, and clients who are running late are asked to call. Clients should check their hair before leaving, since no refund is given once a service is accepted. Booking also means consent to video recording unless the booking message says otherwise.

The salon is open every day from 7:30 AM to 6:30 PM and offers air conditioning and heating, Wi-Fi and free parking.
