Guests can book single services or packages. Massage, facials, manicures and pedicures come in several versions. Couples can book side-by-side treatments in rooms built for two, and small groups of two or three can share a massage room. Men's options include a facial designed for those who shave or keep a trimmed beard, and an Olympian massage that pairs deep tissue work with reflexology.

Group visits are a major part of the business. Bridal and bachelorette parties come with an event coordinator and a menu of massage, manicure, pedicure, facial and makeup. Girl's Night Out and birthday parties follow similar themes, and birthday guests receive 5% off services. Private spa parties for 4 to 6 people can be arranged for baby showers and other events, and a larger party of 5 to 20 guests can reserve the spa exclusively for a one-time fee, with services chosen by the group. Outside food and drink is allowed for spa parties, and a gourmet lunch and a cake can be added.

The spa is open Monday through Saturday, 10am to 6pm. Guests should arrive at least 10 minutes before their first treatment. Robes, sandals and toiletries are provided, and a locker is available, though valuables are not recommended. Phones are asked to be put away, and alcohol is not permitted in treatment rooms.

The business says it supports dozens of community and charitable causes, including Geeks, WaterFire and the Special Olympics. It also offers a massage, facial or other spa service of the guest's choice to people going through a very difficult time.

The spa says its massage therapists are highly trained and shape each session around the problem areas a client points out, rather than following one fixed routine.
