The studio describes itself as results-driven rather than a quick-service salon. It says its appointments are not volume-based and are not rushed, and it frames sugaring as a long-term skin care practice built around personalized appointments and aftercare.

A visit begins with a consultation, followed by the service and aftercare guidance before the client leaves. Sugaring uses a natural-ingredient paste applied at body temperature. Brazilian and extended bikini services include a serum and hydrating balm, and extended bikini also includes hot towel removal.

The sugaring menu runs from small areas such as lip, sides and underarms to full body work, and several areas can be booked in one visit. Butter'd Up Brazilian is $75 and takes 30 minutes, Bikini Sugar is $40 and takes 15 minutes, Extended Bikini is $50 and takes 25 minutes, and Full Arm is $75 and takes 55 minutes. Full and partial body sugaring is priced by area and time, and varies with hair density and scope. Brow waxing is $27, brow tinting $25, a brow wax with tint $50, and brow lamination $95. Popular pairings include Brazilian with underarm, bikini with underarm, and brow wax with tint.

Appointments are required and walk-ins are not accepted. Bookings can be rescheduled through the booking system. A $20 deposit applies to new clients booking Butter'd Up Brazilian and to Bikini Sugar, Extended Bikini and Full Arm appointments. Hours are Tuesday and Thursday 10 AM to 7 PM, Friday 4 PM to 7 PM, Saturday 9 AM to 3 PM and Sunday 10 AM to 3 PM, with the studio closed Monday and Wednesday. Parking is available behind the building and along the street.

Each appointment is tailored to skin type, hair growth and personal goals, and the studio does not rush clients through the visit.
