Beauty professionals book their own appointments. First-time clients contact the salon by phone or email, and the salon pairs them with a professional. The business is open Tuesday through Friday from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. and Saturday from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m.

Hair services include cuts, color, highlighting, blow outs, styling and extensions, along with Brazilian blow outs, keratin treatments, box braids and corn rows, and non-surgical hair replacement toppers.

The head spa menu also includes holistic scalp therapy and facials.

Skin, brow and lash services include facials and skincare, peels, microdermabrasion, LED light therapy, lymphatic drainage facial massage, brow tinting and shaping, brow lamination, lash lifts and lash extensions. Waxing, spray tans, makeup, permanent makeup and fine line tattoos are also offered. Injectables include botox, fillers and B-12 shots given by an RN.

The cafe has indoor and outdoor seating and serves custom drinks and snacks sourced from local vendors. The mercantile shop sells a locally curated selection of gifts and displays rotating artwork from local artists and photographers.
