The lash menu includes several extension styles, among them wet, hybrid, anime, volume and mega volume full sets, as well as Korean lash lifts that can be paired with a full set. Refills are priced and timed by the length of the appointment, and anime sets have their own refill option. Lash removal is also available.

Waxing covers the brows, the face in sections or as a full face, the underarms and the sideburns. Brow waxing includes shaping, and smaller areas are quick visits.

Appointments run on Monday and Friday evenings and on Tuesday and Thursday mornings into early afternoon; the studio is closed Wednesday, Saturday and Sunday. Every booking requires a non-refundable deposit due within 48 hours, and changes need at least 48 hours' notice. Clients can pay in person through Buy Now, Pay Later for bookings from $50 to $4,000, subject to approval before the appointment.

Lash sets are tailored to each client's natural lashes and the look they want, with soft natural enhancements and full glam looks both offered. The aim is a calm, elevated appointment.
