The spa was founded by Keren, an esthetician and massage therapist with more than ten years of experience. Her work covers skin care and facials, waxing, eyelash extensions and massage therapy.

Lash services include classic, hybrid and volume extensions, express clusters, lash lifts and tinting, with looks ranging from subtle to bold. Massage options include a relaxation session meant to promote calm and ease stress, a deep tissue session that works into deeper muscle and connective tissue for chronic tension, and a lymphatic drainage session. Facials are offered in 30, 60 and 90 minute lengths and are customized to each guest. Waxing uses a gentle, precise technique for smooth, hair-free skin.

Teeth whitening is offered as a one-hour session starting at $110 or a 30-minute touch-up at $80. The salon describes whitening as one of its most popular services.

Booking runs on a card-on-file policy. Guests are asked to give at least 24 hours notice for changes or cancellations, which are free with that notice. Later changes and no-shows are charged 50 percent of the service cost, and guests without a card on file are billed that fee at their next visit. Gift cards can be bought on the website, and their balances can be checked online.

Treatments are tailored to each guest, with a focus on bodily balance, and waxing is done with a gentle, precise technique.
