Appointments are booked through the studio's GlossGenius page, and payment is taken through that platform. The studio is open Wednesday through Friday from 8 AM to 7 PM and Saturday from 8 AM to 4 PM, and is closed Monday, Tuesday and Sunday. Changes or cancellations need at least 24 hours' notice. Later cancellations are charged 30% of the scheduled service, and no-shows are charged 50%.

The Brazilian service clears all hair from the intimate area, including the front, back, sides and center, and a strip left behind still counts as a Brazilian. The Full Bikini covers the top of the pubic area and the bikini sides, leaving the center and back alone. Bikini Sides clears visible hair within 3 inches of the outside edge of an underwear line. The nose service uses hard wax on the inside of the nose.

Gift cards come in $50, $75, $100 and $200 amounts or a custom amount, and gift card sales are final. Customer reviews on the About page, 28 in total, describe the studio as clean and welcoming.
