Installations use hand-tied wefts or K-Tips. Hand-tied options start at $1,450 for a one-row install of about 50 g and go up to $3,500 for a three-row install of 160 to 200 g. K-Tips start at $2,000 for length and volume and $3,500 for a full transformation. Hair and installation are included in the starting prices for both. The final amount, shade and price are confirmed by text from photos before the install day, and custom coloring, extra hair or longer lengths are quoted before the visit.

Booking involves a deposit. A $100 deposit reserves any service over $900 and is credited to that service. Deposits are non-refundable but can be used to rebook if a client cancels, and they are refunded if the salon declines the work after reviewing photos. Appointments should be rescheduled at least 24 hours ahead.

The business also sells raw, single-donor human hair online, with the hair personally selected by the founder. The product range covers Genius Wefts, Luxury Wefts, Premium Tape-In Extensions, clip-in sets and The Halo. The salon says it sells only hair it would install on a client itself and that it uses the same hair in its own salon.

Each hair batch is checked for single donor, intact cuticles running in one direction, and whether it is raw or color-processed before it is listed. The salon says none of its five installation methods is better than another, since each suits different hair and routines.
