Services center on balayage, precision cuts, custom color and extensions. The color menu runs from hair glossing and corrective color to partial, full and mega foil, with custom balayage among the options. Texture services include Brazilian Blowout smoothing in an express and a standard version, a Lasio keratin treatment and a Brazilian demi-permanent treatment. Extensions come in tape-in, hand-tied, beaded row, sewn-in and clip-in methods. Each extension service begins with an in-person consultation to settle the method, length, density and final price. The salon says its extensions are applied by certified extension professionals and use premium, ethically sourced human hair. Maintenance visits are needed every six to ten weeks, depending on method and how fast hair grows.

Pricing varies by stylist level and reflects experience, education and demand, so each provider can give a custom quote. Prices rise slightly as providers move up levels, and the salon says level moves are based on demand for a provider's time. The salon is open Tuesday through Saturday and closed Sunday and Monday.

Booking terms are clear. Online reservations require a 50% deposit. Cancellations made 24 hours ahead are free of penalty, while less notice costs 50% of the reserved services and same-day cancellations cost 100%. A no-show is charged the full reserved cost plus a rebooking fee and must keep a card on file, and repeat no-shows must prepay. A guest who has not been reached 10 minutes after the appointment start is marked as a no-show. If a guest contacts the salon within one week, the salon will adjust the cut or color. Retail products can be exchanged within 30 days or returned for salon credit. Gift cards are sold online, and the salon partners with CitySide to offer savings to its residents.

The team trains on site and through continuing education. The Associate Program gives hands-on instruction in technical skills, guest handling and business building, with mentors, and uses the same performance-based level system as the stylists. Guest Service Experts run the front of the salon, handling in-person and phone guests, and are trained to suggest additional services and at-home care.
