A first visit for a new client begins with a Modality Facial, which uses diamond microdermabrasion, LED light, ultrasonic exfoliation, high frequency, hydra-oxygen and other modalities as needed. A skin analysis follows, and that analysis guides which treatments come next. Facials are custom blended, and products can be mixed and matched without up-charges.

The spa uses a treatment cycling approach, rotating different treatments across visits in a set order for returning clients. The cycle can end with a TCA peel if needed. Peel options include traditional TCA peels priced by number of layers, a blueberry-based micro-firming peel, and a pumpkin micro-peel with microdermabrasion. The spa states that the No Down Time TCA Peel and the Pumpkin Brightening Micro-Peel cause no downtime.

Collagen-focused options include a nanotechnology facial, the Dermatude collagen treatments, an advanced collagen firming treatment and a non-surgical collagen induction service that creates controlled micro-channels in the skin. Collagen induction sessions take about 60 minutes, and a series of treatments is recommended. Vitamin C CO2 collagen booster can be added between other treatments. Some treatments take longer, so clients with limited time should mention it when booking. First-time clients complete a registration form with a credit card within 48 hours of the appointment, and new clients are asked to arrive 15 minutes early for the intake form.
