A visit starts with a free, private consultation with the surgeon rather than a patient coordinator. Consultations are scheduled Monday through Saturday, usually within about a week, and cover the patient's goals and whether a procedure suits their anatomy. Before leaving the consultation, patients receive a complete price quote covering the surgeon's fee, anesthesia, facility, garments and follow-up visits, and the practice states there are no surprise fees. Pre-operative instructions are provided in writing, and the team can be reached by phone and text before surgery. Follow-up visits are scheduled the day after surgery and at one week, one month, three months and six months. Combined procedure times are limited to reduce risk. Intake forms are available in English and Spanish, and financing is offered through CareCredit and Cherry.

Breast augmentation can be done through an underarm incision, which the practice says leaves no scar on the breast or areola. Liposuction uses the vibro-tumescent technique. The Vampire facelift combines platelet-rich plasma with radiofrequency, microneedling and erbium laser resurfacing. The practice also sells the Mira Skin and Hair Care line formulated by Dr. Sid Mirrafati.

The medical weight loss program is physician-guided and medically supervised, with a plan based on each patient's metabolism, lifestyle and health conditions. It is managed in-house rather than through a third-party telehealth service.
