The salon is owned by Lisa Nalbandian, who has more than 14 years of experience in the beauty industry. The work centers on full, symmetrical brows, with each brow matched to the client's face shape.

A brow shaping visit covers a consultation, waxing, tweezing and trimming, and ends with a makeup application that fills in and highlights the brows at no extra cost. Clients who have never dyed their hair need an allergy test before a brow tint. Microblading, ombré and combination brows begin with a deposit, and a first session runs about three hours, with the initial touch-up taking roughly half that. Clients under 18 are not eligible for those pigment services. Hours are Tuesday through Friday from 10am to 7pm and Saturday from 10am to 4pm, with the salon closed Sunday and Monday.

Each brow is shaped to the client's face, aiming for a full, symmetrical look with precise definition.
