Brow waxing takes about 30 minutes and covers cleansing, mapping the brow, waxing or tweezing, trimming, a light fill and a highlight under the brow, finished with a brow gel that is said to hold hairs for up to 12 hours. Brow lamination relaxes the brow hair and sets it in place for a fuller, more defined look, and is said to last about six weeks. Eyebrow tint covers grey hairs or darkens brows, with the colour on the skin fading within a couple of days. A henna or tint hybrid takes 25 minutes and is aimed at medium or thin, sparse brows; the stain is said to last up to 7 days on the skin and 4 to 5 weeks on the hair, depending on skin type and routine. Brow dye is also offered.

Lash services include a 60-minute lash lift that curls lashes from base to tip and is said to last about six weeks, and a brow lamination and lash lift combo that takes 90 minutes or more. A Korean lash lift model service takes 120 minutes and requires a $10 deposit. Add-ons can be added to a visit but cannot be booked on their own.

Clients receive a personalized consultation and clear communication from booking through the finished service. A non-refundable deposit is required at booking for brow waxing, brow lamination, henna brows and lash lifts, and is applied to the final bill. Payment is taken by major credit card or cash on site. Clients more than 10 minutes late may need to reschedule. Cancellations or reschedules should be made at least 24 hours ahead, and a no-show fee of 50% of the scheduled price is charged to the card on file. Refunds are not offered for beauty services, so clients with concerns are asked to raise them right away. The studio prefers text messages for a quicker response.
