Brow work is central to the menu. Microblading places pigment into the outer skin with a handheld tool fitted with microneedles, creating hair-like strokes. Powder brows are built with a tattoo machine for a softer, shaded fill, and ombre brows use shading and are described as less invasive than microblading. Many clients combine hair strokes with shading when their brows are sparse. Brow appointments run 60 to 75 minutes and begin with a consultation to settle on the most natural method. Brow procedures are for clients over 18, and eligibility is talked through at that consultation.

Lash appointments run from 45 minutes to 1.5 hours. Options range from classic extensions placed one to one with natural lashes, to hybrid sets that mix classic and volume lashes, mega volume fans of 7 to 15 ultra-fine extensions applied to no more than half of natural lashes, and cashmere and mink extensions. A lash lift with optional tint is also offered. Clients are asked to call for an appointment rather than removing extensions at home.

Beyond brows and lashes, the menu includes permanent makeup, scalp micropigmentation, tooth gems, teeth whitening, infrared sauna sessions, Bare spray tans and EMSCULPT NEO body shaping. The business also runs training courses in microblading, ombre brows, lash work, brow lamination and lash lift.
