Browsthetics x Shei works mainly on brows, with a Korean lash lift and combined brow and lash appointments. Services are listed by group, and each one has a set starting price and a minimum appointment length.

About

The studio is open Thursday from 10 AM to 1 PM, and Friday and Saturday from 10 AM to 3 PM. It is closed Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Sunday.

A non-refundable deposit is needed to book. Clients have a 10-minute grace period, and arriving more than 10 minutes late cancels the appointment. Cancellations and reschedules need at least 48 hours' notice. Same-day cancellations, no-shows and same-day reschedules are charged 70% of the service price, and clients who cancel or reschedule at the last minute more than twice are banned from booking. No refunds are given.

Buy Now, Pay Later is available in person and for bookings from $50 to $4,000, with approval required before the appointment. Payments are accepted.

Aftercare matters for some services. After a lash lift or lamination, clients should keep their face dry for 24 hours. Makeup should not be worn on the lashes before a Korean lash lift. A two-week brow clean-up has to be booked two weeks after the last visit. It does not include mapping, and if the previous shape can't be seen it is charged as a full Brow Shape + Wax.

Services are offered as single treatments or as bundled brow and lash duos, each with a stated minimum appointment length.
