Services are grouped into brow, body, face, skin, packages and signature experiences. The Browsations Effect takes about 45 minutes and costs $155, and can be paired with a brow setting wax for $185, which includes a brow conditioning gel for home use. The Lounge Pass, priced at $195, combines brow shaping and tint, a Brazilian wax, a Vajacial and an underarm wax into one visit lasting about an hour and a half. A 3-Month Lounge Pass at $525 covers three monthly visits, with one complimentary upgrade each month and a $20 retail credit; the business lists its value at $600.

Visits run on a set schedule. The suite is open Tuesday through Friday from 10:00am to 5:00pm and Saturday from 9:00am to 1:00pm, and it is closed Sunday and Monday. Clients enter through the back entrance of White Marsh Mall near IKEA and use the call box code included in appointment confirmations. Clients get a 5-minute grace period and need to be inside the suite and ready to begin within that window. Late arrivals beyond that may have the appointment shortened, rescheduled or canceled. Retainers are non-refundable and are forfeited for same-day cancellations, changes made less than 48 hours ahead, or no-shows, and no-shows are not eligible for future booking.

Brazilian waxing is recommended every four weeks, with hair about a quarter inch long and no shaving in between. It cannot be performed during a menstrual period, and clients whose cycle starts unexpectedly need to reschedule. Browsations also offers Cherry buy-now, pay-later financing on qualifying purchases of $100 or more, and approval can be used toward aftercare.

Beyond clients, the business trains professionals. Brow Boss Academy offers hands-on instruction in threading, mapping, tinting and lamination, with a certificate of completion. One-on-one sessions are arranged by email. The shop also sells aftercare products, toners, brightening gels and bundles, and gift cards ranging from $50 to $150.

Brow shaping is recommended about every four weeks, and the business builds its services around separate brow, body, face and skin options that clients can combine.
