BrowsAllured LLC is based in Clinton, Maryland, and its menu centers on brows. Options range from waxing and razor shaping for upkeep to classic or hybrid tinting, brow lamination, and permanent makeup such as microblading and microshading, with touch-ups for clients returning as their pigment fades. Lash services include cluster lash removal and signature cluster lashes in short, medium or long styles.

Booking is done online, and a deposit is needed to hold any appointment. Deposits are non-refundable and, according to the About page, often about half the service price. A deposit can move to a new time only if the change is made at least 24 hours ahead, while canceled appointments and no-call no-shows forfeit it. Changes go through text, email or phone, and services can be dropped from a booking with 24 hours notice.

On the day, the balance is paid in cash (preferred), Apple Pay or Zelle. Buy Now, Pay Later is available in person for bookings from $50 to $4,000, with approval needed before the appointment. Clients get a 10-minute grace period and should let the business know if they will be late. Before- or after-hours appointments can be requested for an extra $10 per 30 minutes on top of the service price. For services on the face, clients are asked to arrive without makeup. Clients who use retinol or have sensitive skin and are waxed should note it on the online consent form, which is completed once a year. One extra guest is allowed per appointment, and children are welcome only if they can sit quietly without interrupting; they are not permitted at microblade appointments.

The business also runs training. A brow waxing workshop from $500 covers sanitation, product knowledge, marketing advice and hands-on practice, and includes a brow wax manual, a starter kit and a certificate on completion. A one-to-one brow lamination and tint workshop, held only on Sundays, covers waxing, shaping, laminating and tinting and includes a starter kit for at least 15 clients and a certificate of completion.

Offers consultations before some permanent makeup and lash services, and for clients unsure which brow service suits them, including virtual consults by FaceTime, Duo or phone.
