Brow services run from a basic brow wax to combinations with tint, lamination and lip or chin waxing. A brow wax is listed at $27 and takes 20 minutes, and a brow wax with tint is $46 for 30 minutes. A hybrid tint is available as an alternative to regular tint; it stains skin for about 7 days and lasts on brow hair up to 6 weeks, while a regular brow tint stains skin for 1 to 2 days and lasts on hair up to 4 weeks. Brow lamination is a chemical process that relaxes brow hairs for a fuller look and starts at $80. Brow Tweeze & Tint is offered to clients who take acne medication. Preteen brow waxing is available for ages 12 and under.

Lash services include tinting in light brown, dark brown or black, which lasts 4 to 5 weeks, and lash lifts, which last 6 to 8 weeks. Extensions come in three styles: classic, with one extension per natural lash; closed fan/hybrid, with 4 to 8 lightweight extensions per natural lash; and volume, with 5 to 10 extensions in a fan per natural lash. Fills must be booked within 20 days of the last extension service done by Kaija Capone, and fills after 27 days are booked as full sets. Foreign lash fills are not accepted. Extension clients should have no prior allergic reaction to lash extensions and should arrive without makeup or contact lenses. Extension removal uses a gel to loosen the adhesive, followed by two to three lash baths. Body waxing covers underarms, arms and legs, with underarm waxing followed by a cooling antibacterial treatment, and face waxing covers lip, chin, cheeks and sides of the face. The wax and products are described as hypoallergenic and vegan.

Hours run Monday and Tuesday from 2 to 7 PM, and Wednesday, Friday and Saturday from 10 AM to 3 PM; Thursday and Sunday are closed. Missed appointments and cancellations made with under 24 hours' notice are charged 50% of the total price. Hybrid tint, lash lift, brow lamination and lash extension bookings call for a 50% deposit, which cannot be refunded. Reminders are sent automatically two days ahead. Before brow tinting or waxing, guests should stop using retinoids and exfoliating acids for 5 to 7 days; after underarm waxing, they should hold off on deodorant for 24 hours. Brow lamination is not offered to anyone who is pregnant or breastfeeding. Buy Now, Pay Later covers in-person bookings between $50 and $4,000, and each use needs approval before the appointment.
