Brow services range from a signature shape and tint to lamination, hybrid tinting and a tweezed sculpt done without heat or wax. The Taylord Brow combines a consultation, shaping, a custom tint, a brow massage and a guided brow fill. Lash services include tints, classic, hybrid, wet set and volume extension sets, and lifts including a Korean lift. Skin menu items run from a rapid fire-and-ice facial and clear-complexion facial to chemical peels, dermaplaning and a multi-session ProPeel series. Waxing covers face, body, arms, legs, underarms, bikini areas and men's back and ears. Custom airbrush tans come in regular and rapid versions, with packages for two, four or six sessions.

A free consultation with a licensed esthetician gives an opinion on suitable services, though it does not guarantee those services at the time chosen. Walk-ins are welcome. Clients are asked to arrive a few minutes early, to share any medications, skin sensitivities or recent treatments, and to arrive with clean skin free of heavy makeup for skin services. Lash clients should allow extra minutes to cleanse the eye area, and makeup remover wipes are available in the restroom. Lash fills and removals are not done on extensions applied elsewhere. Cancellations made at least 48 hours ahead are free; later cancellations carry a 50% fee, and same-day cancellations or no-call, no-shows carry a full fee. The studio lists itself as not kid friendly, although it offers a brow service for clients 12 and under.

TAYLORD also runs professional training for licensed estheticians: four-hour hands-on sessions in brow shaping and tinting, and in Brazilian and bikini waxing, led by Taylor Barry. Each costs $1,000, or $1,600 for a duo. The courses do not carry Continuing Education hours but include a certificate of completion.

The studio builds services around precise brow and lash work, gentle skin care and client comfort, and says it aims for luxury grounded in connection and confidence.
