Brows by Tilza is led by owner and brow artist Tilza Rizzo, who opened the studio at the Shops of Merrick Park in 2022. The studio's stated mission is to help each client find brows that suit them and enhance their natural look. It works from each client's own features rather than from celebrity photos, aiming for brows that look natural.

Services fall into two groups: brows and lashes. The brow menu runs from a quick cleanup to a full brow transformation, and includes shaping, tinting, and a lamination treatment that tames and lifts brows for a fuller, feathered effect. Microblading is a semi-permanent pigment treatment applied with a hand-held tool to create hair-like strokes, not a motorized device. The first session takes about two hours and includes a custom design based on the client's bone structure and face shape, pigment selection and numbing cream. A touch-up is typically needed four to six weeks later, and the studio says results usually last 12 to 18 months without touch-ups.

On the lash side, lash tinting darkens natural lashes for a fuller look that lasts several weeks without mascara. The Nourishing Lash Lift curls and lifts natural lashes using a silicone shield and a cream lifting solution, then adds a tint and a keratin oil treatment for hydration and a silky finish. Results last roughly six to eight weeks depending on lash length and quality. Clients should arrive free of mascara and keep lashes dry for 24 hours afterward. The studio says mascara can be worn after the treatment.

The studio recommends a consultation to confirm whether microblading or the lash lift is a good fit. Its policies are set out for clients: microblading cancellations made with at least 24 hours' notice carry no fee, while cancellations inside that window are charged the full service cost to the card on file. Buy Now, Pay Later is available for bookings from $50 to $4,000, subject to approval before the appointment. Gift cards are sold through the booking platform.
