The menu is built mainly around threading, which removes hair by twisting a thread to lift hairs from the root. Brows are the core, with eyebrow threading, combinations of brow, lip and chin, threading with tint, and brow lamination, a keratin treatment that sets brow hairs in a chosen direction and shape. Threading is also offered on the face and neck, including upper lip, chin, cheeks, side burns, forehead and full face, and there is a men's grooming section for brow grooming, beard and mustache line ups, and lip line ups. Prices differ by salon: eyebrow threading is $44 in Frisco and $55 in Los Angeles, and brow lamination alone is $150.

Booking is by appointment only, and walk-ins are not accepted. Clients are asked to book about a week ahead through the online system, and a credit or debit card hold secures appointments. Payment is taken at the salon, and listed prices do not include gratuity except for group reservations. Cancelling with less than 24 hours notice incurs a fee of 50% of the service price, and a no-show is charged the full price. Gift cards are delivered by email and redeemed at checkout. Some services are offered only at selected salons, and forms of payment and fees vary by state.
