Clients need to remove lash extensions before eyeliner appointments and until two weeks after a touch-up. Touch-ups are suggested for brows every two to three years or once pigment is at least half faded, for lip blush after three to five years, and for eyeliner after three to seven years.
Bookings are made by phone, text, the contact form or Instagram direct message, as there is no online booking system. The business does not offer separate consultations; the first appointment, which runs about two to two and a half hours, is used to talk through what the client needs. Follow-up sessions take about one to one and a half hours. Every permanent cosmetic procedure is done in two sessions, with a follow-up at six to twelve weeks. Topical 5% lidocaine is applied before and during procedures for comfort. Rare openings are posted on Instagram stories.
Clients who had permanent makeup done elsewhere send clear, close-up and full-face photos before booking and are charged the first session price.
It often takes two to three sessions, sometimes four to eight, with at least eight weeks between them.
Deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable, except that a deposit can be moved once if rescheduling happens more than 72 hours ahead. Rescheduling needs at least 72 hours' notice, and cancelling within 72 hours carries a charge of half the appointment cost plus a new deposit. A no call, no show is charged the full cost and blocks future bookings. Arriving more than 15 minutes late means rescheduling, forfeiting the deposit and paying a new $50 deposit plus half the appointment cost. Work done at the business is not refunded. Deposits and balances are paid by cash, Venmo or Zelle.
The owner says the work centers on helping women feel confident and beautiful, and that she enjoys getting to know each new client.
Microblading is valued for natural-looking results and a waterproof, long-lasting finish. The first appointment doubles as the place to discuss each client's needs rather than a separate consultation.
