Services fall into two groups. Permanent brows include microblading, ombre powder brows, hybrid brows that combine microblading at the front with soft powder toward the tail, and nano brows. Temporary options include the signature brow wax, which the studio describes as its signature design and which covers a brow map, trim, wax, tweeze and style, along with manual tweezing for clients who are sensitive to wax, brow tint, henna and lamination. The booking page also lists lash services, and the online shop sells Fake It lash products.
New permanent brow clients can start with a free text consultation, or book an in-person consultation online. The studio does not perform permanent brows during pregnancy or breastfeeding, recommends waiting at least six months after breastfeeding, and asks that vaccines be scheduled two weeks before or after a session.
Booking rules: temporary services need 24 hours' notice to reschedule and permanent services need 72 hours. Arriving 10 or more minutes late means the appointment is cancelled and a new booking fee applies to rebook. Booking fees are non-refundable and product sales are final. Licensing rules apply to certain services.
Designs are built around each client's own brows, with shape and color chosen to suit their natural hair and face.
