Fill timing follows how many natural lashes remain. One Week Fills leave 80% of lashes on each eye, Two Week Fills leave 50%, and the Classic and Hybrid/Wispy Three Week Fills leave 30%. Every fill includes a lash bath. If a fill needs extra time, an up charge applies, and One Week Fills can only be booked within 7 days of the previous appointment.

Whether a full set is booked depends on whether the client's natural lashes can hold the look they want, since the health and amount of natural lashes matter for extensions.

Brow services include hot wax shaping of the natural brow, with tweezing, clean-up and a brow bath. The henna brow tint adds a brow bath, waxing, mapping and tinting. The business describes the tint as a painless, less permanent option for fuller, longer-lasting brows. Its natural base dye stains brow hairs for up to 2 weeks and skin for up to 4 weeks.

Cancellations or missed appointments made less than 24 hours in advance carry a $25 rescheduling fee.
