The studio is in Suite 308 at 8027 Leesburg Pike in Tysons and is owned by BoYoung, who has worked in permanent makeup for over a decade. The work centers on brows and aims to enhance a client's natural look. The studio lists a Virginia state license, and BoYoung's training took place in Seoul, Korea, Los Angeles and Fairfax, Virginia.

Appointments are by appointment only, Monday through Saturday from 10am to 6pm. Each booking runs 1 to 2.5 hours and includes a consultation and mapping before any work begins. The procedure does not start until the client approves the agreed shape. Photos are taken before and after each treatment for insurance records, and may also be used on social media for marketing. Children, pets and extra guests are not allowed in the studio, and phones should be put away during the procedure.

The studio says it works with medical-grade pigments and state-of-the-art equipment. The pigments are formulated for semi-permanent makeup and are described as meeting health standards in the USA and EU.

Clients are asked to avoid blood thinners, alcohol and certain supplements for 72 hours before an appointment, and to avoid sun exposure, waxing, threading or tinting the treated area for several days beforehand. Clients must be 18 or older and review the studio's health and safety requirements before booking. A follow-up session is recommended 4 to 8 weeks after the first procedure, and some clients need more sessions, which are charged accordingly. Touch-ups are for color and detail rather than shape changes, and listed prices do not include them. Refunds are not offered once services have been performed, and results vary.

Each booking starts with a consultation and mapping, included in the appointment time, and the shape is agreed before the procedure begins.
