It uses Chocolate hard wax, made from plant rosin, beeswax and cocoa extract, for sensitive areas, and Pearl Rose soft wax, made from plant rosin and castor oil, for larger areas. Both are described as cruelty-free and biodegradable and formulated for all skin types. The studio describes its waxes as premium and all-natural, and says they aim to reduce irritation and encourage softer, slower regrowth.

New clients can begin with a consultation, and services are adjusted to skin sensitivity, hair growth and personal preference. The studio recommends waxing every four to six weeks and advises booking ahead, though same-day appointments may be available. The New Client Brazilian removes all hair from the front, sides and butt strip, and clients choose how much to leave. Women's full body waxing takes about three hours and does not include facial waxes. A senior waxer surcharge applies: $10 for a New Client Brazilian, $5 for a Repeat Brazilian and $3 for an Extended Bikini.

The lash menu includes Korean lash tints from $30, keratin lash tints at $32, Korean lash lifts at $90 and lift with tint at $110. Results from a Korean lash lift may last about six to eight weeks with care. Classic full sets are $175, hybrid full sets $190 and soft volume full sets $215, with two-week and three-week fills available from $80 and $95.

Packages are offered as a 3-Series at 5% off and a 5-Series at 10% off. Clients can buy them in the studio, by email or by text, and credits are applied at the visit. Packages are non-refundable, non-transferable and valid for one year, and a client may hold one package of each service at a time. Late arrivals who need a shortened service are charged the full price of the booked service. Arriving too late to be seen by the scheduled technician means rescheduling with a 50% fee, and no-shows are not accepted. The loyalty program gives one point per dollar spent, and 200 points can be redeemed for $10 once per visit. Clients receive a $10 credit for each friend or family member referred, with no limit. Unused online product orders in original packaging can be returned within 14 days, but sale items are final sale.
