The studio uses a premium hard wax. Hard wax is suited to sensitive areas such as brows, underarms and the Brazilian area, because it grips the hair rather than the skin. The studio welcomes clients of all shapes and sizes.

First-time clients are walked through the whole process before their service begins, and clients receive guidance on caring for their skin afterward. Before a visit, clients are asked to prepare the area, including letting hair grow to about a quarter inch, gently exfoliating 24 to 48 hours ahead, and avoiding heavy lotions, oils or deodorant on the area. Only the person receiving the service may be in the treatment room, so children and extra guests are not permitted during appointments.

Brazilian waxing is available during a period, and clients are asked to bring a fresh tampon or menstrual cup for those visits. Bridal services include a separate set of waxes for brides and bridal parties covering eyebrows, underarms and the Brazilian area.
