Each visit follows the same sequence: a consultation, a skin evaluation, a facial built for that skin, aftercare guidance and follow-up recommendations. Chemical peels are preceded by an evaluation, since not every peel suits every skin type. Products are chosen for each client's needs, and some treatments use Casmara protocols and the Casmara algae mask.
The menu runs from a first professional facial and maintenance facials to targeted treatments for acne, dark spots, sensitivity and early signs of aging. Advanced options include exosome and salmon PDRN treatments and the BioRePeel biostimulating peel. Facials for younger clients are offered from age 12 through the teen years. Bridal and event facials focus on hydration and glow. Sessions run from 60 to 120 minutes depending on the treatment.
Appointments are by appointment only and are booked online through Setmore, where online payment is also available. A deposit is needed to confirm a booking. Changes or cancellations made 24 hours ahead keep the deposit, while late cancellations and no-shows forfeit it. The studio is open Monday through Saturday, 7 AM to 5 PM, and closed on Sunday, according to the Setmore booking page.
Each facial starts with a skin assessment rather than a preset treatment, and professional products are selected for the individual client's skin needs.
