The business says hair is a normal, natural part of the body and that it does not judge clients for the hair they choose to keep or remove. The owner, Zaria Rendon, wants every client to leave feeling happy and at ease with their decision. She also takes time to explain how to prepare skin before a service and how to care for it afterward.

Services are grouped into Women's, Women's Bikini, Men's and Other. Women's work covers the brows, lip, chin, cheeks, jawline and sideburns, along with face combinations and a full face, plus the inner thighs, legs, arms, back, chest or breast area, underarms and the small area above the pubic bone. Bikini services are offered for female anatomy only. Men's services cover the brows, shoulders, abs, chest, full and lower back, and underarms. Brow tinting and a hydrojelly mask bikini add-on sit under Other.

Clients are asked to complete a new-client waiver and a COVID screening form before the appointment, and the form time is not counted within the appointment. First-time clients can book a brow sugar consultation for $33. Cancellations or reschedules less than 48 hours ahead are charged half the scheduled service, and those within 12 hours or no-shows are charged in full. Clients are asked to exfoliate in the days before a visit and to avoid hot tubs, pools, exercise and hot baths for 2 to 3 days afterward. Aftercare products offered include Fur, Bushbalm, Franks Body Coffee scrub and The Vadge Mask.

The business presents sugaring as a gentler option than waxing, saying the water-soluble paste leaves the skin intact and that it lifts and breaks hair less. It also says sugaring reduces lifting, tearing and ingrown hairs, and that wax contains resins and dyes.
