After the pandemic shutdown, the team shrank from four people to the founder alone, and the studio reopened in her northeast Portland home studio. Services are grouped into facials, waxing, lashes and brows, tinting and mobile services. Facials range from a mini facial to a luxury facial, with add-ons for the eyes and lips, neck and décolleté, hands, and LED light therapy. Skincare consultations include a visual and tactile skin analysis and product recommendations.

Hair removal is available for the face, lips, underarms, bikini and Brazilian areas, as well as full or partial body zones, and several areas can be bundled into one package. Brow and lash options include tints for both, lash lifts, and a waxed brow option. Appointments can also be booked away from the salon at care homes for independent living and assisted living residents, at retreat centers focused on wellness, at events held on site, and for wedding parties, whether for one person or a group. Those off-site visits take place only at facilities, never in someone's home, and they cover the full range of waxing and skincare services apart from Bio-Oxygen and microdermabrasion facials.

Appointments are booked in advance, and walk-ins are not accepted. Booksy hours run Tuesday to Friday from 12:00 PM to 6:30 PM and Saturday with a midday break, with the studio closed Sunday and Monday. Cancellations or reschedules need at least 24 hours' notice, and no-shows or same-day cancellations incur a 50% missed service fee. Cash, checks and credit cards are listed as accepted.
