The space is split between a Lounge and a Spa. The Lounge is an open, bright, modern area where facials are shorter, shared-space treatments for routine upkeep and clients stay fully clothed. The Spa has private treatment rooms and longer facials. Every facial includes a consultation, and facials are generally recommended every four to six weeks, though a specific goal may call for a different schedule. Estheticians give gentle pressure only and are not massage therapists, so full-body massage is not offered. Private Lounge bookings are available for group events such as birthdays and bridal occasions.

Brow appointments begin with a custom consultation about goals and preferences. Brow design is a shaping session based on each client's natural growth, facial features and style, done with waxing or tweezing; tweezing is offered for sensitivity or preference. Threading and microblading are not offered. Tint is blended at each visit for skin tone and hair color and lasts on hairs up to about four weeks. It covers gray hairs, but full gray coverage can't be promised, and a true red tint is not currently offered. A brow lift, also called brow lamination, resets the direction of brow hair and typically lasts six to eight weeks; keeping brows dry for the first day or two afterward is advised. Clients on retinoids or acne prescriptions can ask for tweezing in place of waxing if they say so in advance.

Lash services include lash tinting in black, blue black or dark brown, a lash lift with tint that takes up to an hour and lasts about six to eight weeks, and a maintenance treatment that pairs a tint with keratin conditioning. Clients should arrive without mascara or eye makeup and leave contacts out, and first-time lash lift clients are asked to send a photo so candidacy can be confirmed.

Memberships are billed by card on the first of each month. Every tier has a six-month minimum commitment and then renews month to month. Benefits cannot be paused, transferred, shared or gifted, and cancelling after the commitment period requires a form received by the 20th of the month. Members of all tiers receive a free monthly brow design and a discount on retail products. The business also runs a loyalty program that gives a digital stamp at each visit, with offers unlocked over time. It states that it does not reuse disposables and follows disinfecting practices.
