Lash extensions are the center of the menu. Extensions come in classic, mix (hybrid), volume and mega volume styles, booked as full sets or fills. Extended fills and new-client transfer fills cover clients who have fewer extensions remaining. Full sets generally take around two hours or a bit more, and fills about an hour. The studio advises booking fills every two to three weeks. Lash lifts, lash tints, and brow lamination, tint and shaping are also available.

Facial services include a one-hour signature facial that the esthetician adjusts to each client's skin type, and a one-hour dermaplaning facial. Waxing covers the face, underarms, stomach, arms, legs and brows. Hard wax is used on the face, underarms and bikini area, and soft wax is used on brows, legs, arms, back and chest.

The studio runs lash education for people hoping to work as lash artists. The one-day group Classic Lash Course is $950, with a $250 deposit payable when booking. Topics include lash anatomy, natural growth cycles, infection prevention, adhesives, taping, patch testing, removal, fills, marketing, and consent and aftercare forms. The course includes hands-on practice, lunch, a kit, a framed certification and lifetime mentorship. The one-day Volume Lash Course also costs $950 with a $250 deposit, and enrollment requires classic lash certification. Private one-on-one training can be arranged on request. In Michigan, performing lash extensions on clients requires an aesthetic or cosmetology license, and completing a course does not count as one.

Bookings can be made online or by phone at 586-842-6772. Hours are Monday to Friday 9 AM to 7 PM and Saturday 12 PM to 5 PM, with Sunday by appointment only. The studio asks for 24 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule, and charges 50% of scheduled services for cancellations without enough notice and 100% for no-call, no-shows. Clients more than 15 minutes late may need to reschedule. Services are not refunded, since the price covers artist time, product and other costs. Concerns must be raised within 48 hours of the appointment, and a fix may include a complimentary 20-minute touch-up.
