Before a Brazilian wax, clients are asked to arrive with clean, dry skin free of oils and moisturizers, and to stop shaving two weeks ahead so hair is at least 1/4 inch long. Afterward, hot baths, saunas, steam rooms and direct sun are best avoided for 24 to 48 hours.

Booking and changes: clients should text their full name and appointment time at least 3 hours ahead. Brow clients arriving more than 5 minutes late may need to reschedule, and other clients arriving more than 15 minutes late are treated as a late cancellation. Changes or cancellations are free until close of business the preceding business day. Same-day cancellations and no-shows without notice carry a fee of 50% of the scheduled service. Clients with several advance bookings who no-show without communication lose the remaining appointments, and pre-payment is needed to rebook. Clients who are sick are asked to reschedule. Gift cards are sold as eGift cards in $50, $75, $90, $100 or custom amounts.
