Powder brows are a semi-permanent cosmetic tattoo done over two sessions, with the second session 6 to 8 weeks after the first. A non-refundable, non-transferable deposit secures the appointment and is applied to the procedure fee on the day. Touch-ups are for existing clients only; other clients booking a touch-up pay the same price as a first session. Before the appointment, clients avoid Botox and fillers, glycolic or retinol products for 4 weeks, waxing or tinting for 1 week, and alcohol and caffeine for 24 hours. Healing takes up to about 4 weeks, during which direct sun, facials and chemical treatments are best avoided.

For brows and lashes, the menu includes a 30-minute hybrid brow tint and wax, a 45-minute brow lamination, and a 1-hour lash lift. A 1-hour-30-minute combination of lash lift and brow lamination includes a lash tint and brow stain. Waxing covers eyebrows, lips, chin, full face, and a pairing of eyebrow wax with a friend's brow wax, with services from 15 to 45 minutes.

Appointments must be confirmed after booking, and a reminder is sent two days ahead. Cancellations or reschedules for powder brows need at least 3 days' notice, and other services need 24 hours. Clients should arrive no later than 15 minutes after their booked time; later arrivals may be marked as a no-show or late cancellation and charged a fee. Powder brow appointments can be rescheduled up to three times, provided the change is made at least 3 days beforehand.
